DOG PURCHASING CONTRACT
This
agreement is between, Jean-Luc & Pamela Gustin (hereinafter
referred to as Seller) and (hereinafter referred to as Buyer).
Both
Seller and Buyer, voluntary enter into and agree to all terms
delineated in this contract as witnessed by their signature below.

SELLER'S REPRESENTATION
1. As of
the date on this agreement, the dog is in good health and free of
communicable diseases.
2. The
Buyer has 1 week to have the dog examined by a veterinarian
and to personally inspect the dog. Any claims must be made within
this time period and will be verified by Seller's own veterinarian.
3. Buyer
is completely satisfied with and waives any and all claims regarding
the dog's conformation, and outward appearance.
4. AKC
registration papers will be released to Buyer after all financial
arrangements are met, but not prior the first week.
CONSIDERATION
1. This
above described dog is being sold for the sum of $
STIPULATION
1. If dog
is diagnosed with crippling hip dysplasia, either by Seller's
and Buyer's veterinarian or by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals
(OFA), up to the age of 1 year, Buyer can either agree to keep
the dog providing dog is spayed or neutered or may return to Seller.
Seller agrees to replace said dog with another puppy/dog of
similar breeding and sex.
2. Should
the dog be diagnosed at any time in its first year of life with
any genetically derived medical disorder, which is considered by
2 unassociated veterinarians to be extreme enough to warrant
euthanasia, Seller will upon provision of veterinary reports,
provide Buyer with a replacement Puppy/Dog of similar breeding
and sex, within 1 year of euthanasia of original puppy.
3. Any
other arrangement may only be made with Seller's written consent.
4. If
Buyer sells or transfer ownership of the above purchased dog, all
guarantees and obligations made by the Seller shall be terminated at
the time of the sale or transfer.
5. If we are no longer breeding German Shepherds, the
replacement stipulation will be null and
void.
LIMITATION OF CONTRACT
1. This
contract applies to the original dog only and is nontransferable to
second party.
2. Should
Buyer choose to break any of the covenants of this agreement, the
remainder of the agreement will be considered null and void.
MAINTENANCE
1. Buyer
agrees to maintain this dog in good health, provide routine
preventative health care, including, but not limited to,
inoculation, internal and external parasites, and - where indicated
- heartworm preventative medication.
2. Buyer
further agrees to provide proper exercise as indicated in order to
maintain this dog in proper weight and physical shape.
3.
Because of the variety and quality of dog foods available, and all
canine illness are not covered by vaccination, we recommend that all
of our dogs/puppies be kept on "NuVet Plus Canine" and Hokamix
herbal supplement.

TEMPERAMENT
1. Seller
recommends that Buyer attend obedience classes with Puppy/Dog and
provide proper socialization opportunities for Puppy.
2. Seller
shall not be held responsible for acts of Puppy or adult Dog once
Buyer has possession of the animal.
