Uno has tremendous working abilities and consistently scored well during the tracking, obedience and protection work.
Uno is one of a handful of dogs in the United States certified as a Crisis Response Dog.  He was requested by the American Red Cross to come, with his owners/handlers (Pat & Bill Gartman) to Ground Zero and work with the Red Cross during that tragic time following September 11, 2001.  He and his handlers provided respite care to the fire fighters and rescue workers.  Being able to spend a few minutes hugging and talking to Uno gave these workers a break from the horrors they were dealing with.
